INFOSYSTEMS S.A. company, in co-operation with EUGA (a consortium of Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard and BRE Bank S.A. companies) started the initiative under which printing enterprises may use free of charge services of preparing applications for co-financing the enterprise informatisation project.
This initiative is addressed to all enterprises that plan the accomplishment of innovative investments in the nearest future.
INFOSYSTEMS S.A. company (which is a long-term provider of information technology solutions and implementation services for the printing sector) and the European Union Grants Advisor (which is a collaboration of Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard and BRE Bank S.A. companies) offers free of charge verification of projects, the drawing of applications for their co-financing and support in the accounting of projects. Under this initiative, the involved institutions started the internet portal -www.FunduszeEuropejskie.org.pl – which will be developed on an on-going basis and updated with important information regarding the activated funds.
Our long-term experience and practise allow us to conclude that the appropriate planning of the entire project and correct preparation of applications on co-financing are of the critical importance for its success – says Mr Mariusz Sosnowski, president of INFOSYSTEMS S.A. company – Is there any other institution more capable of preparing a good application that will have great chances of succeeding in the allocation of grants than the company with such long-term experience as INFOSYSTEMS? Hence our idea to support the printing companies in this respect and to facilitate to them the obtaining of funds for their development. For the reason that the amounts in question are big – the subsidies provided by the EU may amount even up to 60% of incurred costs – it is worth fighting for. And we want to be the allies of our customers in this battle.
INFOSYSTEMS S.A. company has got an extensive experience in this aspect, because it has been supporting its customers in obtaining the EU funds since 2003. In total the co-financing acquired amounts to a few millions Polish zlotys.
Currently, under the European funds assigned for the informatisation of the printing sector, the printing companies may apply for co-financing i.e. of the purchase and/ or implementation of an integrated management system for printing enterprises (an example of such system is Printmanager.JDF, the flagship product of INFOSYSTEMS S.A. company); office packages and operating systems (e.g. Microsoft); quality management systems (ISO, HACCP); hardware; workflow type systems; graphic software; systems managing colours and digital trial prints, as well as the construction or reconstruction of telecommunications infrastructure.
Printmanager.JDF is an integrated IT system facilitating and supporting the process of managing a printing house or another printing facility from the moment the customer contacts the company, to the process of the order accomplishment and to the storing and logistics. The implementation of this system in the printing company allows improving its organisation by the enhancement of the documents’ circulation and customer service and contacts. This system ensures also the reduction of operating costs and that is why it continues to be so popular in the market.
We hope that assistance we offer is a decisive reason for many entrepreneurs to use the financing provided by the EU funds, especially if so far they have not dared to take advantage of it. Our service does not trigger any costs and our experience in this aspect helps the applicants to believe in their success. Therefore, we hope that many printing companies make use of our offer – says Mr Mariusz Sosnowski.
