In the 4th edition of the 2008 Kameron Innowacyjności Ranking, INFOSYSTEMS S.A. company found itself on the 13th place, which means that is it one of the „most innovative companies in Poland”.
The results of this year’s ranking, organised by: BRE Bank, the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan, Dun&Bradstreet business intelligence agency, „Rzeczpospolita” journal and „Manager Magazine”, were announced on December 10th during a ceremonial gala held in Warsaw.
The 13th place in the ranking of the most innovative companies in Poland is an enormous honour for us. Our joy is even greater because we received it almost at the same time as the title of „Entrepreneurship Leader of 2008”. Both awards are the reason for pride, but at the same time they provide evidence that in our activities, we stake on innovations and a dynamic development – says Mr Mariusz Sosnowski, president of INFOSYSTEMS S.A. company.
Kamerton Innowacyjności 2008 ranking was created in four categories – for large, medium, small enterprises and micro-companies. INFOSYSTEMS S.A. company was evaluated in the category of „medium enterprises”. The place in the ranking was determined on the basis of the total number of points scored in evaluation according to the individual criteria, such as: innovations in processes, products, marketing, organisation, as well as ISO quality certificates obtained by the company or other certificates of a crucial importance for the company’s activities. Another significant criterion was the implementation of patented solutions.
We are glad that our company proved to be one of the best – says Mr Mariusz Sosnowski. – Such high place in the ranking shows our huge potential. It must be remembered though that we would not receive this sort of award if it had not been for our customers, with whom we grow every single day. Using this opportunity I would like to thank to all our customers for their support.
The goal of the Innovativeness Ranking is to promote innovative enterprises operating on the Polish market, to support them and to present them not only in Poland, but in the entire European Union. In this manner, promoters want to honour companies which introduce to the market new or significantly better merchandise and services and are capable of implementing innovative solutions. Innovativeness – as the ranking promoters define it – does not only mean (…) new technologies, modern laboratories and patents protected by law. Innovativeness results from the creative thinking, from the courage to change one’s environment, the courage to reach for new ideas, from emulating the best and from using verified solutions in these aspects, in which they have not appeared before. It means also the promotion and support for those who change and improve the economy – that is for companies and individuals who are not afraid of challenges brought every day by the market.
