The most important product of INFOSYSTEMS is PrintManager.JDF – an integrated Management Information System dedicated to the Printing, Packaging and Graphic Arts Industries. System supports the management from the first business contact through job quoting and production planning, right up to warehousing and logistics. The PrintManager.JDF system was designed with the use of the latest software production tools and is based on the MS SQL Server 2008 platform. Due to its ability to work in multiple languages, the system is prepared to operate in large international companies and multi plant business. The JDF standard implemented guarantees efficient and optimum data flow as an element connecting all the areas of the printing facility with a particular regard to printing machines and equipment. The integrating functions – e.g. with Microsoft Office – allow for easy and intuitive work with the system. PrintManager.JDF enhances the company’s organization; it improves the digital document flow, customer service and relations, and also ensures a reduction in operating costs. Moreover, INFOSYSTEMS offers the own CRM system, Microsoft operating and office systems, hardware and network equipment, applications and graphic software.

The CIP4 consortium is an international organization associating the companies and institutions operating in the printing industry. The objective of CIP4 (International Cooperation for the Integration of Processes in Prepress, Press and Postpress) is to integrate all of the activities performed during the printing process. The organization deals primarily with the development and promotion of the data exchange standard it created - Job Definition Format (JDF). The Job Definition Format standard ensures the operational compatibility of systems offered by various manufacturers and connects the individual sections of companies as well as their partners and customers. While purchasing products compatible with CIP4 JDF standard one can be certain that they will seamlessly communicate with other systems, regardless of the manufacturer. This standard facilitates the configuration and guarantees long-term co-operation.

INFOSYSTEMS and ACCHSH are strategic technological partners in the area of solutions designed for prepress production control. The result of co-operation was the development of world – wide innovative solution. An integrated production system, automating and improving production, composed of the PuzzleFlow software by ACCHSH company and IT solutions by INFOSYSTEMS, functioning on the basis of modules of the integrated PrintManager.JDF system. Solutions integration of various manufacturers allows for offering a fully integrated production system based on PDF and JDF formats.
